Last updated [DATE]

1. Who can use RxReview

RxReview is for candidates preparing for Part I of the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada’s Pharmacist Qualifying Examination. Each account belongs to one person and is tied to one PEBC ID.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can use your account on up to two devices, and only one of them can have questions open at a time. You’re responsible for anything done with your login.

3. Using the questions, explanations and recordings

Everything in RxReview is original work owned by [OWNER: SAHAR KHALEEL OR HER COMPANY]

It is licensed to you for your own exam preparation only. You may not copy, photograph, record, sell, post or share any of it, in whole or in part, or let anyone else use your account.

4. Watermarks and monitoring

Pages show your name and a session code, and each student may see small differences in patient details, wording and answer order. To protect the content and your account, we record which devices you use, your approximate location and the pages you open. The privacy policy explains this in full.

5. If content is shared

If we find RxReview content shared outside your account, or your login used by someone else, we may pause or close your account and ask the site where it was posted to remove it. Refunds when an account is closed for sharing: [REFUND ON CLOSURE]

6. Content from the real exam

Please don’t send us questions from the real PEBC exam. Candidates agree with PEBC to keep exam content confidential, and RxReview will not use it.

7. Payments and access

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Access starts when your payment goes through and ends on the date shown on your account.

8. No affiliation, no guarantee

RxReview is independent of PEBC and is not endorsed by it. Practice scores are a study aid. They don’t predict or guarantee your result on the real exam.

9. Changes, law and contact

We’ll email you before these terms change in a way that affects you. These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE] and Canada
