1. Who we are
RxReview is run by [LEGAL NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS]
Questions or requests about your information go to [PRIVACY CONTACT]
2. What we collect
Account details: your name, email and PEBC ID, and your password, which is stored scrambled so that nobody can read it.
Payments: handled by our payment processor. We see the card type, last four digits and expiry date, never the full number. Processor: Stripe
Study data: your answers, scores, time spent, flags, the questions you send Sahar and any feedback.
Security data: device and browser type, approximate location from your internet address, sign-in times, the pages and questions you open, and blocked copy attempts.
Visit statistics: which pages are visited, where visitors came from, and their browser, device type and country, counted by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and not linked to your account.
3. Why we collect it
To run your account and show your progress; to send receipts, reminders and Sahar’s replies; and to protect the questions and your account from sharing, which includes watermarking pages and tracing leaked content back to an account.
Other students see only anonymous statistics, such as the share of students who answered a question correctly, and your words only if you agree to be quoted.
4. Who we share it with
Sahar, and the companies that run parts of RxReview for us: hosting, payments, email and video. We don’t sell your information. Some providers may store data outside Canada. Providers and locations: [PROVIDERS AND WHERE THEY STORE DATA]
5. How long we keep it
Study and account data after your access ends: [PERIOD]
Security records: [PERIOD]
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to our privacy contact. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, which oversees Canada’s private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA).
7. Emails
Receipts, password and security emails are part of running your account. Renewal reminders can be turned off from a link in each one.
